Forever Girlfriends is a women-led, minority-owned 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded to empower women to positively impact their communities through sisterhood, service, and self-development.
What began as a vision to bring women together has grown into a powerful movement touching the lives of more than 1,000 families annually across the metro Richmond region and the greater DMV area. We have delivered 50+ community programs, built a network of girlfriends and volunteers, earned recognition from major media outlets, and secured partnerships with nationally recognized corporate brands.

MEMBERSHIP
Forever Girlfriends is an exclusive membership-based nonprofit for business oriented women from diverse career backgrounds. We are committed to making a meaningful community impact through volunteerism. Beyond that, we've cultivated a supportive sisterhood and a safe space where women uplift and empower each other.
LOCAL CHAPTERS
The RVA Chapter (Richmond, Virginia) was founded on December 31, 2022 and has grown into a thriving network of women committed to personal growth and collective impact.
The DMV Chapter (DC, Maryland, and Northern VA), was chartered January 1, 2026 continuing our mission across regions while maintaining strong standards, structure, and accountability.
Our chapters are built on leadership, consistency, and community commitment. To charter a Forever Girlfriends chapter in your city, a minimum of 10 qualified members are required. This ensures sustainably, shared responsibility and meaningful impact from day one.
Our Annual Impact Report
In 2025, Forever Girlfriends generated over $50,000+ in contributions through donors, members, and community partners. These funds were strategically invested into youth development, community outreach, and women’s empowerment initiatives, with over $30,000 directly supporting program delivery. Our commitment to transparency and intentional spending ensures that every dollar creates meaningful impact for the families and communities we serve.
